Woodruff Contracting
Company (WCC) is headed up by Mike Socci, a well respected and
experienced craftsman in our community. Mike has over 30 years in
the home building industry and has built hundreds of homes in many
neighborhoods in the Columbus Metro Area. He is always aware of
the ever-changing needs of today's homeowners, and of what today's
home-buyer has come to expect from a builder.

MIKE SOCCI:
Today, when we talk about a builder, we're really talking about a group
of people, not an individual person. It has been our primary
objective to build a team of dedicated, motivated and highly
professional people, each of which has something unique to bring to
each new home we build. In my opinion, we have achieved that
objective. Everyone is dedicated in building the highest quality
homes possible, and providing you with the best overall home-buying
experience.
Each member of our team plays a critical part in all phases of
construction. From planning, to design, all the way through
closing. This team takes exceptional pride in the quality of the
